Frequently asked questions

Here are some questions you might be asking. If you don't find the answer you're looking for, please use the Contact tab above to send us a message or send an email to EmilyMusser@hotmail.com.

When can I arrive? When must I leave?
You may check-in between 4 pm and 7pm. On the day you leave, please check-out by 11 am so we can prepare for other guests.
What will I eat?
Your innkeepers are famous for their breakfast omelets made from fresh, free-range Lancaster County eggs, vegetables & cheeses. Our guests (and the Musser boys) are also fans of Barb’s Belgian waffles. You’ll probably find our homemade apple butter on the table, stewed from Lancaster County apples grown in an Amish orchard. If you'd like (and for an extra charge) your hosts will be happy to make Pennsylvania Dutch soft pretzels with you.

Upon request, we prepare 100% organic, vegetarian and vegan breakfasts for our guests. Please let us know in advance if you prefer one of these options. There may be an extra charge.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
If you cancel your reservation 5 or more days before you are scheduled to arrive, there is a small $15 cancellation fee. If you must cancel fewer than 5 days before your scheduled arrival, you’ll be billed for the cost of the room, unless we find other guests.
Can I smoke?
Not inside our home; sorry. Some of your hosts are allergic to cigarette smoke so it's not permitted.
Can I bring my dog?
We love animals and regret that we can't accomodate your pets in our bed & breakfast. But our four-year-old yellow lab named Flannery would love to be enjoyed during your stay with us.
How do I pay?
We gladly accept your personal checks, travelers’ checks, money orders and cash. Unfortunately, we don’t accept credit or debit cards. There are ATM machines nearby or you can get “cash back” at the local grocery store.
